We’re speaking at the IMPA (Interational Maritime Pilot’s Association) 26th Congress in Rotterdam.
IMPA represents over 8,200 pilot members in 53 countries and promotes professionally sound and safe pilotage. The congress will bring together pilots’ associations from around the world, enabling them to discuss common concerns, compare experiences and pool their expertise. The 6 congress days are full of informative sessions and networking events for the attendees. John Cumming, Head of Workboats, will be speaking on the panel session “Pilotage, A Sustainable Public Service”. His segment concentrates on energy-efficient Pilot boat designs and co-benefits. Our EF-12 Pilot Boat delivers benefits such as market leading crew comfort and stability, whilst meeting the specific requirements unique to this challenging operation.
