1 - Health and Safety

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the areas that we permit you to visit during the Family Event are safe for the activity that we have designed/offered to be undertaken in that particular area. In most cases, this will require you and your friends and family to follow specific instructions. You will be responsible at all times for ensuring that you, your family members and all friends and family accompanying you to the Family Event follow all such instructions.

All visitors are subject to the Company's Health & Safety regulations. In case of fire/emergency please report to the evacuation points for a roll call.

Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas only and will not be permitted in any enclosed spaces.

Friends and family will be permitted to use the designated toilet facilities within the manufacturing site which will be clearly identified. You will be responsible for supervising any use of the toilet facilities by minors in your friends and family group at all times.

Friends and family are not permitted to enter any other areas of the manufacturing facility or Artemis’ other facilities (including offices) as these areas have not been prepared for the Family Event and are work environments..

All minors (up to the age of 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the Family Event.

The Family Event will involve the use of inflatable equipment as well as other organised activities and you agree that you will accompany all minors, that are part of your group, whilst participating in any activity or using any equipment, irrespective of whether the activity or equipment is being supervised by someone from Artemis or by a third-party. You are responsible for ensuring that your family and friends are able to safely participate in any activities (for example taking into account personal medical conditions).

By attending this Family Event you confirm that you will ensure that any family and friends (including minors for whom you are responsible) comply with any instructions provided on the day.

2 - Confidentiality Notice

During the Family Event you may have access to proprietary information, and/or other confidential business information of Artemis. You and all friends and family must treat all such information as confidential at all times.

Photography Notice

You can take photos of your friends and family at the Family Event, but please don’t photograph the Artemis site.

Please be aware that filming and photography will take place at the Family Event. By entering the Family Event at our premises, you consent to audio as well as video recording of you, your friends and family and its release.

The photographs and recordings are likely to be published on Artemis’ website, social media channels, advertising and future marketing collateral.

Group Visit Terms and Conditions

1. Any reference to we/us/our/Artemis shall mean Artemis Technologies Ltd with registered address at Alexandra House, St. Johns Street, Salisbury, England, SP1 2SB and head office at 4th Floor, Concourse 2, Queens Road, Belfast, BT3 9DT or another company within the Artemis group of companies.
2. Any reference to you/your shall mean you, your friends and family that are intending the Family Event at Channel Commercial Park, Unit 1 Oakbank, Queens Rd, Belfast BT3 9DT.
3. Any reference to your family and friends shall mean your family and/or friends who attend the Family Event with you.
4. These terms and conditions apply to you and your family and friends who accompany you to the Family Event. By attending the Family Event, you accept these terms and conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of your family and friends , and you will ensure that your family and friends who attend the Family Event comply with these terms and conditions. You will be responsible for providing all parental/guardian consent for family and friends in relation to the participation of any activities on the day.
5. CCTV cameras are used throughout the Artemis factory to assist in the proper running of the site.
6. You will remain responsible for your family and friends’ behaviour at all times. Unruly, loud or abusive behaviour or language will not be tolerated.
7. We reserve the right to ask you or any family and friends accompanying you to the Family Event at any time if, in our absolute discretion, we believe there is a risk to the safety of any individual or individuals.
8. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and/or change the zones that are open or accessible during the Family Event.
9. We and our affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss and/or injury and/or damage suffered by you, your family and friends as a result of your or their failure to comply with these terms and conditions, our specific instructions whilst you are at the Family Event, or any event outside our control. This does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. We do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by our CCTV system. All items, belongings and other property brought into the Family Event by you, your family and friends is done so are at your and their own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property. We recommend that you, your family and friends do not bring any valuables to the Family Event.
11. We hold public liability insurance for the premises.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute arising from, or related to, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
